Additional Information: 
Clear heavy egg shaped bottle (paperweight style) with pink/lavender glass four sided stopper and dauber. Still sealed with gold cord. JAR is the mark of an American jeweler in Paris named Joel Arthur Rosenthal. JAR is on a par with Tiffany, Cartier, etc., and most of their jewelry is created on commission.
