Additional Information: 
An excellent example of a patriotic WWII compact. The compact is covered on both the top and bottom lids with blue enamel. The "V" in red is for "Victory," with the Morse Code symbol for "V" in white dots and dash underneath. The inside has a framed mirror and mesh powder sifter.
