The Prince Mathabelli button pin was probably worn by a company representative in a store. The Nicky Verfaille "Grain de Folie" (Touch of Madness) black plastic pendant on chain is shaped like a grain of sand; other fragrances for this company were titled "Grain de Sable" (Grain of Sand).
