Shape #5203, verre de soie with a Celeste blue button stopper. Peggy Hoyt was an American milliner that released a number of perfumes, most of these are rather rare, others are in Baccarat glass. This shape was issued by Steuben commercially, and various stoppers (styles of button, flame and in various colors) could be used with the same body shape.
