IPBA Garwood's Standard Perfumes Company History

Garwood’s Standard Perfumes was located in Philadelphia, PA. They claimed to be established in 1852; but most likely c 1873. By 1900 they were a subsidiary of Schandein & Lind, which was established in 1886 and located at 533 Arch Street Philadelphia. Together they launched a range of fragrances in the Late 19th century and early 20th century.
