IPBA Federation of Historical Bottle Collectors gives awards to the PBQ!

At its August 2019 Convention, the Federation of Historical Bottle Collectors gave 5 awards to our very own Perfume Bottle Quarterly newsletter and our IPBA member authors.  Elizabeth Creech accepted the following awards on behalf of the IPBA:
