IPBA The Wonderful World of Collecting Perfume Bottles by Jane Flanagan

Long time member Jane Flanagan has written a book entitled “The Wonderful World of Collecting Perfume Bottles”. This is a book for the novice collector, one who merely wants to identify an older bottle and maybe a surprise or two for the scholars of this enchanting hobby. The book features approximately 550 bottles from the major perfume houses and designers.

Included is a chapter on the lost Bacorn Company bottles. Never before published in a book these magnificent bottles were recently discovered after being stored away for over 75 years. This important find will delight many collectors that have been unable to identify their Bacorn bottles and will introduce them to many others.

There is also a section called “Marvelous Minis”. Bottles from the 2800’s to 2000’s are covered and this is a general broad based book.
