Author Jane Flanagan hopes that Edition II of “The Wonderful World of Collecting Perfume Bottles” will have many surprises for our readers. In addition to updating chapters shown in Edition I, included is a new company, the E & H Walker Company, never before seen in a perfume bottle book. An all-new chapter entitled “From the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Club” features important and educational articles from three prominent IPBA members.
Another new chapter entitled “Vintage Vanity Vignettes” shows decorating tips and toiletries. Also included is a chapter featuring the up-and-comping popular collectible, the Perfume Scent Card.
This new edition pictures over 900 bottles and is approximately 288 pages. Jane shows several little bottles that may seem quite insignificant, but that tell of a time and era that we shall never see again. The “Atom Bomb” bottles is included in the Magical Mini chapter, with other unique bottles shown throughout the book.
